We have a dedicated 24/7 helpline for Emergencies within India & abroad. Our doctor after providing initial medical advise over telephone proceeds to the site of incident or Heli base if required. After the initial medical assessment and immediate first aid is provided, the doctor will communicate with the company and appraise the condition of the patient. If further treatment is required, it shall be facilitated after obtaining due approval from the company. We have tie-ups with all major hospitals in Kochi and Chennai, if a hospitalized treatment is mandated. We are also equipped to handle all patient transport logistics, Bystander requirements that maybe required during this process.
During hospital stay, treatment and condition of the patient is monitored daily and informed to the Company. On discharge, fitness for duty is ascertained.
